About Me

I have had a love of cake decorating since I was a little girl.  I can remember doing my father's birthday cake when I was about 10 years old.  What a mess it must have been, but how beautiful and colorful it was to me!  My heart was filled with such pride.  I knew from then on I would pursue this passion of cake decorating.  I really didn't get serious about the art of cake decorating until 1992.  I started by taking Basic Wilton Cake Decorating Courses at Michael's Crafts Stores.  I was hooked and passionate from that point on.  From there I started by doing cakes for family and friends, then turning it into a professional career.  I started taking classes at our State Mini-classed and our National Cake Conventions from Master of the Cake Art World from all over the US and abroad.
I have worked in may mediums of the sugar arts, such as fondu art, gumpaste, wafer paper, royal icing and much more.  I have been a teacher myself at Michael's Craft Store for Wilton.  I have also taught for CFCC College in Ocala.  I have always loved to learn and share my love of this art form to whoever has a shared passion.  I have been consigned for many top Golf and Country Clubs here in Ocala and surrounding areas.  I have been featured in articles like Ocala Style Magazine June 2004.  For further information or consultations please call (352) 307-7444.
