I just wanted to let you know that we received many, many compliments on the wedding and groom's cake that you provided to us for Katrina and Dana's wedding.  Not only were they a work of art, but they were extremely fresh & delicious.

You were able to provide us with exactly what we wanted even though we probably gave you very limited instructions!

PS: We froze the top portion of the cake and have saved the beautiful gumpaste cake topper for display.

You did such a FABULOUS job on our wedding cake.  The extra that we took on our honeymoon was sooo wonderful.  So please keep up the great work because you definitely have skill !! :)

Finally, after spending much of the month of April having guests come and go after the big party on April 1st and then my husband and I traveling up to New England for the anniversary party my parents had also planned (not knowing about the one in Florida, of course), we are finally back home and trying to get back to the normal routine of life.

I want to thank you so much for the wonderful job you did with the cake.  Our guests raved about the flavor of the cake and just as I had hoped, we had plenty of cake to go around for the entire weekend of celebrating and then some.
